Pastor Waylon, along with his wife Dana, serve as the Lead Pastors at Victory Worship Center in Tucson, Arizona. With over 20 years of pastoring in the local church, Pastor Waylon and Pastor Dana are deeply passionate for people to experience a presence-driven church and are personally committed to deepening the character and attitude of Jesus in everyday life. Their heart for Victory Worship Center is for people to know God, experience freedom, find family and fulfill their purpose. They also desire for Victory to serve and give to needs in our surrounding communities and ministries around the world. Pastor Waylon and Dana’s passion is to reach the lost and develop connection in the church through healthy growing relationships. The Sears have been married for over 27 years and have four children – Taylor, Emilee, Alyssa, and Judah. The Sears love spending time together as a family.
Pastors Zane and Jan have celebrated over 40 years of marriage – with thirty of those years ministering together in pastoral ministries! Today, they have four adult married children and ten incredible grand-children! They have been pastoring Victory Worship Center in Tucson, Arizona for the past two decades, where they have been blessed with changing a city through growth and community outreach. Pastor Zane and Jan have a passion for Christ. If you have been around them long, you will experience their contagious faith and see the gifts of the Spirit flow freely through their ministry. They are excellent at communicating the love of the Father, the redemption of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. Pastors Zane and Jan are sought-after conference speakers, speaking individually and together. Experiencing their tag-team style of joint ministry is unique, entertaining and very powerful! The most recent venue of ministry they have launched is The Gathering – an intimate group setting for pastors and their spouses to receive new vision, fresh infilling, and personal prophetic ministry.
MARANA CAMPUS PASTOR | PRAYER PASTOR
Scott and Sarah Berkey joined the Victory Worship Center pastoral team in August of 2013. With over 19 years of full-time ministry under their belts, they bring a wealth of experience and energy to our church! Here at Victory, Scott serves as the Marana Campus Pastor, and Sarah serves as the Prayer Pastor. In the time they have been here, they have fallen in love with Tucson and the families of Victory Worship Center.
Scott and Sarah are blessed with three beautiful children: Madeline, Myah, and Mason. Whether at the neighborhood pool or around the table playing a game, they enjoy spending their free time together as a family. Madeline enjoys Victory’s Elevate Student Ministries and Bible Quiz, while Myah and Mason both participate in Cool Water Kids and Junior Bible Quiz!
Pastor Ryan was born and raised in Des Moines, IA but absolutely loves the desert. He has been married to his wife Nicole since 2007 and has two energetic boys – Wesley and Henry. He enjoys spending time with family and friends especially while watch the Chicago Cubs. Pastor Ryan is passionate about raising up a generation of Christ-followers that never turn back!
ESPAÑOL CAMPUS PASTOR
Pastor Tony and Angelica are originally from the El Paso and Las Cruces area, but they have been in Tucson for over 10 years. Pastor Tony has led worship and was a youth pastor before coming on staff here. They both serve as campus pastors for our Spanish speaking community through Victory Español. Since the launch of Victory Español in March of 2016, they have seen God move in extraordinary ways. They love people and have a passion for showing the love of God to the Spanish-speaking community. They have five beautiful kids – Amarís, Adiel, Andrés, Aryanna, and Alyssandra. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, drinking coffee, and spending time with their kids.

SOUTH CAMPUS PASTOR
Pastor Scotty serves as campus pastor for Victory Worship Center South Campus. He and his wife Denise have been married for over 22 years and have two amazing boys Julian and Javi. Prior to Pastor Scotty serving at VWCAZ, he has served in volunteer positions in worship and youth ministry, and associate pastor while simultaneously involved in entrepreneur endeavors and business franchise development in which he resigned to pursue the call of full time ministry in May of 2018. Pastor Scotty and Denise have a passion for people to know Jesus, experience His love, and grow in a deeper understanding of God’s plan and purpose for their lives empowered by the Holy Spirit.
ORO VALLEY CAMPUS PASTOR
Pastor Billy and Danielle lead our Oro Valley campus with their dynamic giftings and love for the local church. Children of the local church, both Pastor Billy and Danielle spent parts of their youth growing up at Victory Worship Center – which is where Pastor Billy first met the Lord! Now, after years of ministry, Pastor Billy and Danielle are excited to be back at the church where they met God and met each other. They’re also the proud parents of 3 wonderful children, Alexander, Benjamin, and Tina Belle.
Pastor Ociel serves as an Associate Pastor for our Outreach Ministries. He was born in Guatemala and grew up in Southern California. He served in the local church his family founded over 30 years ago in administrative and teaching capacities for both English and Spanish communities. His wife, Liz, was born in Hermosillo, Mexico and grew up in Tucson. She has worked in finance for over 20 years. Like Pastor Ociel, Liz gave her life to Christ at an early age. She has served in various ministry and administrative-supporting roles within the local church. They’ve been married for over 10 years and have two beautiful children: Issabella and Alexander. They’re both passionate about helping people know God and equipping them to make a difference in their communities.
VICTORY NETWORK PASTOR
With over 15 years in ministry, Pastor Tim has served in various roles ranging from Youth Pastor to Executive Pastor. Moving from the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area to Tucson, he and his wife, Yalexa, came on staff at Victory Worship Center in 2015 as Groups Pastors. Yalexa works full-time in property management and assists the local church however she can. Pastor Tim and Yalexa have a passion to connect people to God and to other believers. Their desire is to see people experience a life in Christ and mature in their faith. They enjoy traveling, sports, hiking, and being outdoors. And they love being the parents of their only daughter, Abygail!
PASTORAL CARE PASTOR
Pastor Tom has been pastoring for over 44 years in the states of New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Moving from Pennsylvania, Pastor Tom serves as our Pastoral Care Pastor where he heads counseling, hospital visitation, and nursing home ministries. His wife, Beverly, is currently employed as a receptionist at Sage Desert Assistant Living and Memory Care and both enjoy working with the seniors encouraging transgenerational connections with various age groups in the church. Pastor enjoys hunting and fishing; and both he and his wife enjoy bowling, walking, reading, and overseeing the 65+ group that meets on campus.
Pastor Taylor has grown up in Victory Worship Center and has a heart to see the students of Tucson impacted by Jesus. He is newly married to his high school sweetheart and girlfriend of over 4 years – Erica Sears. Pastor Taylor completed a year of the church’s Edge internship and has been serving in Elevate for the past 7 years. He is a big Kansas City Chiefs fan, and yes, he is okay with the fact that they lose a lot.
