we are elevate.

Elevate serves as the youth and young adult ministry here at Victory. We exist to impact young people with the love of God and challenge them to live in passion, prayer, purity, and purpose! We believe that to have a life-giving and fulfilling walk with Christ, students must learn and grow within the context of relationship. Elevate has weekly worship experiences and small group meetings to empower and disciple our teens.

It was passion that fueled Jesus’ mission to endure the cross. It is passion that will strengthen my heart to follow Him. One way to grow my hunger for God is daily spending time with Him. I vow to personally read God’s word and worship Him every day.

The secret to Jesus’ victorious life and ministry was His consistent conversation with the Father. His prayers changed things. My prayers can alter the course of history, and God hears every single one. I vow to start or join a weekly prayer meeting and cry out to God on behalf of others.

Jesus promised that the pure in heart will see God. I want to experience God by walking in purity. One expression of purity is living a countercultural life. In light of this, I vow to fast one day each week as an expression of my wholehearted love for Jesus more than the things of the world.

Jesus was clear on His mission to spread the Gospel and has called us to do the same. Each person who makes a decision to follow Jesus results in heaven rejoicing. In light of this, I realize my purpose is to not only know God, but to make Him known. I vow to share my faith and intentionally lead at least one person to Jesus this year.

Every Sunday @ 6:00pm
Fellowship Hall – Ruthrauff Campus
Join us every Sunday Night in the Fellowship Hall from 6:00pm to 8:00pm for our Elevate experience designed specifically for high school students! This will be a powerful time of worship, prayer, connecting with friends, and an amazing message from Pastor Brandon Cormier.

Every Sunday at 11:30am
Three Locations:
• Ruthrauff Campus – Fellowship Hall
• Copper Mountain Campus – Main Building
• South Campus – East Building (also at 9:30am)

Our Junior High students gather every Sunday morning during our 11:30am services on all of our campuses. At Elevate Junior High, our students enjoy playing exciting games such as basketball, 9-square, Gaga Ball (an inflatable that creates a boundary for a game similar to dodgeball) and much more. We give a relevant and practical teaching by one of our leader and also meet in small groups, called Tribes for the last 25 minutes of the service. These small groups are both gender and age specific, and they are directly connected to the heart of who we are.

Every 1st Sunday @ 6:00pm
Ruthrauff Campus – Elevate Auditorium
Elevate United is our monthly gathering of all Elevate ministries (ages 12-25) for one incredible night of worship, prayer, and teaching by Pastor Brandon Cormier. This monthly service meets at our Ruthrauff Campus in the Elevate Auditorium from 6:00pm to 8:00pm every first Sunday of the month. Make sure to show up early and check out our amazing new Lounge! Plan to stay until 9:00pm, because there is always an after party with free food, activities, and fun!

Every Friday Following United Night
Prayer Center – Ruthrauff Campus

Every Friday following United Night, we gather together in the Victory Prayer Center from 9:00pm to 10:00pm to pray and cry out to God for our schools, communities, and nation. We believe that prayer is essential to living out the God-given destiny in our lives and Friday Night Fire is a great way to cultivate a powerful prayer life!

Parent Resources

Here at ELEVATE, there are always tons of activities for your teen to get involved in. From time to time, these activities may require a consent form and you can find all of that fun stuff here!

Here is some information on how to connect with your teen and strengthen your bond with each other.

There is no question about it. Family Dinners are important. The time you spend with each other is so important for your teen. That is why ELEVATE is challenging you to spend time once a week making dinner together! It doesn’t have to be fancy, but the quality time you will gain through this is priceless. When you have dinner with your family, we want to hear about it. Post your pics of family dinners on Instagram with the hashtag #proudeycparent ! We can’t wait to hear about it!

The teen years can be rough, and it is so crucial that you are actively praying for your teen. Pray the entire armor of God over your students, and watch God move in their lives. You can make a difference. Don’t forget to pray!

We love our EYC parents, and we want the bond between you and your teen to be stronger than ever. Here are some ways you can connect with them on a personal level. Share your experiences on social media!
•  Both of you share a story of a good time you had with each other. Talk about why this time was so memorable and fun.
•  Write encouraging notes to each other.
•  Say three encouraging things to each other throughout the day.

junior high - college

We refuse to do life alone, which is why small groups are the big deal at Elevate. Tribes are gender and age specific, but they are so much more than just a gathering of students. It is “iron sharpening iron” (Prov. 27:17) in action! Each Tribe is led by members of Victory’s Dream Team Volunteers. They have been background checked and are accountable to our pastors and staff. Our Junior High tribes meet every Sunday during the 11:30am services at Ruthrauff and Copper Mountain campuses. High School tribes meet in various locations throughout the city each week. For information or to get your student connected in a tribe, please e-mail Dylan Bowman at DylanB@vwcaz.org today!
