This December, we will host hundreds of families at our Christmas Mall event. Our heart is to love our community by providing presents for the children of parents who cannot buy gifts by themselves.
We provide free childcare so that while parents are shopping next door, kids get to hang out and play games. Parents work with a personal shopper to pick out the perfect presents. Once chosen, the gifts are beautifully wrapped and carried out to the car--100% free of charge. There are presents under the tree on Christmas morning, and the parents get to be the heroes!

Can I bring my kids to the Christmas Mall?
Yes! We want your experience to be as smooth as possible. Please bring your children to check-in first. They will experience a magical ride over to the Cool Water Kids building, where our team (of background-checked and trained leaders) have games, crafts, and other activities for them!
What do I need to bring?
You must bring the invitation and your ID with your name on it. We will not be accepting anything else as an entry ticket.
What time do I need to arrive?
You have been provided an appointment time on your invitation. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment. If you are too early, we may ask you to wait outside. Also, families who come late may lose their appointment time slot.
What should I tell my friend that needs help with Christmas?
We are only able to provide Christmas to a limited number of people each year. They are welcome to apply but are not guaranteed an invitation.
What if I’m unable to attend the Christmas Mall?
If you are unable to attend, you may request that another family member participates in your place. Please contact us at 520.293.6386 as soon as possible so we can make changes in our system.
What if I need transportation to the Christmas Mall?
We are sorry, but we are unable to provide transportation to the Christmas Mall.
