You and I are halfway through 2010. It's a good time to revisit the promises God has made to you, to your family, to your church and your community. You began a new season in 2010—a new decade. You stood at the threshold of an open door into this new season in your life and by now you've stepped through. I hope you've discovered some new and excited adventures so far.

In the height of your best day ever, or at the bottom of your worst situation—He is with you, so I encourage you to continue to believe and have a deep expectancy for what God desires to do in your life over these coming weeks.

It’s time to look for God; to recognize that He is near and find Him in the midst of LIFE as it happens. Don’t let fear of a pending storm keep you from moving into what God has prepared for you this New Year. Refuse to allow the circumstances of today to steal your promise.

Discover His will and heart these next few days. Position your heart and mind for the new adventure God has began with you. Continue forward in faith—believing that what God has promised He will deliver!
