Mosaic Worship Arts

Mosaic Worship Arts is the creative arts ministry of Victory Worship Center. Victory is a church that loves to worship God using great music, dance, drama, visual arts, technical arts and other creative arts. Our mission is to bring worship into the house of God from pure hearts, with creativity and excellence, through the various artistic gifts of our volunteers.

  • The Worship Choir
    The primary worship team in Mosaic Worship Arts. To hear them sing and lead our congregation in worship is to experience "life" found in relationship with Jesus. This family of worshippers is made up of people from all walks of life who have all experienced the life-changing power of Jesus. Though their musical expertise and experience varies, each member have a passion to worship God and a desire to do it in an excellent way. The Mosaic Worship Choir strives to bring musical excellence into the house of God, but more than that, they desire to usher in His presence through passionate worship. They minister weekly in both Sunday morning services and rehearse every Wednesday night.
  • Frontline
    A team of vocalists from within the Mosaic Worship Choir who minister weekly in our worship services. They meet each Thursday night for rehearsal.
  • The Band
    Band members play for all worship services. They accompany the choir and all other vocal music and provide an atmosphere of worship during our altar ministry. They also play for all major concerts and other productions. Auditions are required.
  • Soloists/Ensembles
    Soloists and various ensembles are scheduled to minister in music for our worship services. All soloists and ensemble members must be either a member of the Worship Choir or a member of The Band to participate. Soloists and ensemble participants are chosen based on musical ability, communication skills, faithfulness to the team and a servants attitude displayed within the larger group.
  • Productions
    Mosaic Worship Arts produces major productions on special occasions throughout the year. These include full orchestra, choir, drama, state of the art lighting and special effects. Hundreds of people on and off stage are involved. Please call the Mosaic Worship Arts Office if you would like to volunteer in any way.
  • Video/Media
    Includes camera operators, video switchers, service directors, lyric projection, power point, duplication services and other technical responsibilities. Training is available in all areas.
  • Audio
    If you would like to participate in the audio ministry, please call the Mosaic Worship Arts Office. We are always open to additional skilled persons to engineer our house and monitor sound. A high level of proficiency is required. Technical training is available and will be provided on our specific equipment. We use a state of the art digital console (DigiDesign Venue) along with a self-powered Meyer Stereo line array speaker system.
  • Lighting
    We run a state of the art Vari-Lite intelligent lighting system along with a traditional theatrical lighting system for all of our services and productions. If you have experience as a lighting engineer, or have a level of comprehension toward the technical, this could be your area of ministry. We use creative people who can be trained to program and operate our lighting system. We have in-house programmers who can give you proper training on the system.
  • Drama
    This is a team of actors committed to minister through the means of short drama vignettes usually tied to a sermon theme. This team is always open for new talent to expand their ministry. Auditions are required. The drama team also presents a major dramatic production during the year.
  • Visual Arts
    The Mosaic Worship Arts Ministry presents art displays throughout the year. If you draw, paint, sculpt, take photographs, or create any other kind of visual art, we invite you to participate. We also include creative writing as part of this ministry. These displays are held at least four times each year. The Visual Arts team meets monthly for an "art lab" to enhance creativity and develop their skills.
  • Dance
    We have three dance teams currently. We have a young adult contemporary dance ministry (ages 13-30) using modern and traditional forms of dance including: jazz, lyric, ballet, hip-hop and more. We also have one for children and one for adults using banners, flags and choreographed movements in our worship expression.
