Ministries

• Assimilation
  Assimilation connections ministries exists to connect people to other Christians within the body by both helping to place them in ministry and to guide them to the various areas of the church they can best be ministered to based on their individual needs. • Greeter Ministry
  Greeter Ministry serves to express Christ’s love by welcoming visitors, church attendees and members as they enter the church. They assist with questions concerning all aspects of ministry, times and locations. The greeters also distribute vital information such as the church bulletin and other resources on a weekly or event basis.
• Guest Services Ministry
  Guest Services Ministry provides a hospitable and welcoming environment for all Victory Worship Center members, visitors and guests. Team members staff worship services and campus activities with resources and are available to answer questions concerning church ministries, times, dates, locations, sign-ups and contact information. Visitor welcome packets, membership, and other packets are also available as the guest services. Guidance in given to those interested in connecting to various ministries within the church body.
• Called & Commissioned.
  In Called & Commissioned, we explore through teaching, studying and small group discussion how to discover, identify and activate your spiritual gifts and develop your spiritual senses. Other areas of study include Biblical principles and qualifications of godly leadership and servanthood. The goal of this class is to help prepare every person to begin serving in their God-given area of ministry within the church.
• Hospitality Ministry
  The Hospitality Ministry is a team of volunteers who connect every guest to Victory Worship Center with a phone contact and a home visit if the the new guest(s) agrees. The new visitors receive a booklet explaining the various ministries at the church along with a gift and an invitation to the Up Close and Personal dinner with Pastors Zane and Jan.
• Let’s Meet Together
  Let's Meet Together is an invitation to all new guests of Victory Worship Center to have the opportunity to meet Pastors Zane and Jan. Visitors are contacted by the Hospitality team to enjoy a free dinner at the Victory Café on Wednesday evenings. This time with Pastors Zane and Jan as well as hospitality team members is allocated to getting to know the pastors as well as being provided information regarding ministries at the church. The dinner dates can be obtained through the Assimilation Office.
